information when you use Abyss First descent, our Oculus Metaquest Software Application. If you have any suggestions,

What information is obtained, and how is it used?

Abyss First descent does not collect, store, use or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your 
name, address, location data related to your geographic location, phone number, email address or Oculus ID. 
We also do comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not solicit nor gather 
any data from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has 
provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us at matt.v.studios@gmail.com


Share of personal information:


We do not collect, use, transmit, or maintain any personal information, therefore, we do not share personal 
information with anyone. We also do not share any data with advertising agencies/companies or any other 
companies. Also, Abyss First descent confirms that no data is shared with analytics providers or vendors and 
any other third parties.
Third party service that may collect information used to identify you


Abyss First descent is created using Unity engine and is running on Oculus Platform and use Oculus service. As 
such, Unity and Oculus/Meta themselves mights collect data from you.

How can you delete your data:


We do not store your data. There’s nothing to delete. However, if you suspect your data has been wrongfuly 
collected or you wish to delete your data from our third party service such as Unity and/or Oculus, you can 
contact us by sending an email to matt.v.studios@gmail.com and we can work this out.


Privacy Policy Updates Notification:


This privacy policy may change for any reason from time to time in the future. If we make changes to this 
privacy policy that may impact you, we will notify you of such changes as appropriate by providing 
information through updating this document. In this case, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top 
of this privacy policy, a prominent notice on our website or application will also appear
